Las Fotos Project is a community-based nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California, that inspires teenage girls to pursue their passion through photography, mentorship, and self-expression. Their mission is to elevate the voices of teenage girls from communities of color through photography and mentoring, empowering them to channel their creativity for the benefit of themselves, their community, and future careers.
Branding done for the Second and Third Annual Foto Awards, a three day virtual event including a silent auction. Collateral for the events included social media flyers for the Save the Date, Event Schedule, Event Flyers, Silent Auction, Text to Give, Print Store, Sponsor and Silent Auction Thank You’s, Food and Drink Partners, Featured Talent, Host Committee, Award Winners, Nomination Categories on Instagram, Facebook and Eventbite, Press Kit Designed PDF, Sponsorship Decks, Silent Auction flyers, slides for the event and more.
Primary colors are kept the same as the first Foto Awards, and 2 other loud color schemes are added to represent youth, celebration and future successes. The round circle in the identity for the Second Annual Foto Awards represents the camera lense while the two star-like figures in the shape of a camera flash represent the 2nd annual partaking of this event. The secondary body font was chosen to complement the serif header font.
The Third Annual Foto Awards follows the schematic of the Second Foto Awards, but plays with louder bolder fonts and a third star-like figure is added to represent the third year this award takes place.
